New Hire Orientation Evaluation – I was asked to come in and attend a company’s NHO in order to provide feedback. This is the information I gave them after only three hours of observation.

Class Review Form – Because classes may be developed by different instructional designers and/or facilitators, it’s imperative that all understand the class.  It needs to be created uniformly so that anyone can teach it.  This form helps lead the discussion to review the class.

Situational Leadership – This is a PowerPoint I developed to accompany a class of the same name.

Needs Assessment- The training that had been developed for this software had not been looked at in eight years.  In order to find out if what we were teaching was in line with what was being used on the floor, I developed this survey.  After collecting the data, I assigned numerical values to the five levels of response and determined that anything with an average of 2.5% or higher should be taught.
